By joining and using EsePaper services, all vendors agree to abide by the rules, guidelines, and policies set by the company.
EsePaper reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
- Vendor Registration
Vendors must provide accurate and valid information during registration.
Any false or misleading information may lead to account suspension or termination.
- Products & Stock
Product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
EsePaper will notify vendors of new product releases, price changes, and stock updates via official communication channels.
- Wallet & Transactions
All deposits must be made through approved payment methods only.
A minimum balance may be required to process withdrawals.
Wallet amounts are non-transferable between vendors.
- Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests below ₹500 will be automatically rejected.
- Requests must be placed before 5:00 PM for same-day processing.
- Requests after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
- Public holidays and weekends may affect withdrawal timelines.
- Commissions & Referrals
Super Vendors are eligible for referral commissions as per company policy.
Commission rates may vary and are subject to periodic review.
- Code of Conduct
Vendors must not misuse the platform or spread misinformation.
Any fraudulent or unethical activity will lead to termination and possible legal action.
- Limitation of Liability
EsePaper is not responsible for losses due to vendor negligence, misuse of wallet, or technical errors outside our control.
Vendors are advised to double-check all transactions before confirmation.
- Confidentiality
All company-related data, pricing, and communication shared with vendors must be kept confidential.
Sharing sensitive information with non-members is strictly prohibited.
- Disputes & Resolution
Any disputes must be reported to the support team immediately.
The company’s decision will be final in all matters.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
