Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellations
- Once a product is purchased and confirmed, cancellation is not allowed unless approved by the company.
 - In case of a genuine error (such as duplicate payment or incorrect product), vendors must report it within 24 hours to our support team.
 
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only in exceptional cases, such as:
- Wrong product credited due to a system error.
 - Duplicate transaction or overpayment.
 
Refunds will be credited back to the vendor’s wallet/account within 7–10 working days, after verification.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Deposits once made into the wallet are non-refundable.
 - Profits earned and commissions are not eligible for refunds.
 - Refunds will not be provided for vendor negligence, wrong entries, or failed withdrawal requests due to policy violations.
 
4. Cancellations by EsePaper
- EsePaper reserves the right to cancel any order/transaction in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
 - In such cases, refunds (if any) will be processed at the company’s discretion.
 
5. Dispute Resolution
- Vendors must raise refund/cancellation disputes by contacting EsePaper support through official channels (WhatsApp/Email/Helpline).
 - The company’s decision will be final and binding.
